1. Does the vehicle look like the pictures?

Yes, the photos are taken of the actual vehicle at our location using a high tech digital camera. Our photos are NEVER 'photo-shopped'.

2. Where do you get your vehicles?

Most of our vehicles come from trade-ins, people that are selling their vehicle locally, etc.

3. Does the vehicle have a lien on the title? Some of our cars would have a payoff that would be paid off before the title is shipped to the new buyer. This process may take up to 20 days from when it is paid. Every vehicle title will belien free. There arewill be noliens, on the title you will receive, there will not be salvage or branded titles due to accidents, floods, manufacturer buybacks, etc. or else we would advertise it as such. Please ask.

4. Are you a dealer or private seller?

We are a licensed dealer, and have been in business for over 20 years.

5. What form of payments do you accept?

We only accept credit cards for the deposit. (Some exceptions made on a case-by-case basis, contact us for more details) The balance must be paid with cashiers check or bank wire transfer prior to arranging delivery of your vehicle.

Terms & Conditions

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A$500.00 deposit is due immediatelywithin 24 hours of the auction end. The remaining balance is due within 3 days of Auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 125K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle BEFORE bidding. Please arrange financing PRIOR to bidding.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly help you with the process, or you can locate a list of shippers by doing a Google search for "auto shippers.”
