2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Description

Up for bid I have a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4 with just under 149,000 miles. I am selling this SUV because I no longer need it since I just bought another vehicle. I have owned this Jeep for about 6 years and it has done well for me.

It has a 3.7L V6 Engine which has run strong from day one. Does not use oil or leak oil as I never need to add between oil changes.

Last fall (roughly at 141K)I had the transmission replaced with a new Jasper Transmission and so no need to fear as far as tranny goes. Jasper gives you 3 year warranty so its good to go.

I also replaced the tires right after I had the tranny done so they are still basically brand new.

Brakes are good and I actually have an extra set of NAPA brakes for the front wheels that I'll throw in since I won't need them.

Exterior is also in good condition and there is no major rust on the chassis. Normal stuff for this old of an SUV. There is some scratches near the driver door but nothing major. I have posted one picture of it. Interior is pretty clean. I don't smoke so it doesn't have smoke smell.

So as far as major repairs done the transmission was the biggest. I did need to replace one of the front bearings once. Otherwise just normal maintenance on brakes and oil changes which I mostly do myself.

If you look at the pictures you'll see that the engine light is on in the dash. It runs goodin normal driving and when in park but when it's in Drive and you come to a stop it sputters a little but never turns off.I took it to a jeep Dealer and they said it's an oxygen sensor code. They told me it needs the O2 sensor changed and a bit of a tune up (like spark plugs & air cleaner).

So all in all this is a pretty nice Jeep and I am always amazed at the nice ride it has every time I drive it. Obviously it has normal wear and tear forits year but still in good condition.

There is no warranty stated or implied.

Thanks for looking!
