1972 Jeep CJ CJ5 Description

1972 CJ5 Jeep, original engine, runs very strong, not sure how many miles on it, odometer stopped working, my Grandfather, the previous owner, reckons 80k.
Needs work on the following:
Steering problem = a lot of play in the wheel:
Needs new...
Sector Shaft
Drag link
Worm box probably needs to be cleaned out
Exhaust:
Exhaust is leaking out in probably a few places.
Recent work done:
Electric: signals, wipes, headlights, horn all work.
Carburetor was rebuilt within the last six months.
Other then these problems and cosmetics, the jeep is in good shape.
