2006 Jeep Wrangler Description

2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited LJ Custom
Started off with a Genrite Longarm suspension lift. This was a builders kit so everything is made to fit and tig welded.
14" king coil over shocks front and rear and hydraulic bump stops!
Dana 44 axles from a 2012 rubicon. 5.13 Yukon gears. Electronic oem lockers. RCV axle shafts.
This gearing with the tires keeps the drive ratio very close to stock. This Jeep will drive 75 mph down the highway carrying under 3k RPM!
Both axles were sleeved and artec trusses were installed. You can't build a stronger Dana 44. They are strong enough to support 40" tires.
Last December I installed a PSC hydraulic ram steering system. This includes the steering box, reservoir, and billet cooler.
Full Genrite aluminum body armor. All powder coated and cleared. This includes fenders, inner fenders, tire carrier. Genrite sliders are steel and painted black. The idea was to keep the jeep as light as possible.
Rubicon transfer case installed so it has 4:1 crawl ratio.
10k winch w/ synthetic rope.
4.0L straight six engine
6 spd manual trans with thumb throttle on stick
17" Walker Evans bead lock wheels
37" cooper tires
Custom aluminum skid plate
Custom American Flag spiderweb shade.
All the turn signals, brake lights, marker lights etc are all LED. I also have a Baja Designs LED light bar and LED back up lights built into the rear bumper.
Only has 56k miles on the jeep. AC blows cold and cruise control works. Soft top is in great shape.
Jeep runs great, does not use or burn any oil. This Jeep was built to drive daily, do trail rides, or rock crawl. The Jeep is garaged and never gets driven in bad weather. I store in in my dads garage every winter from November until April so it doesn't get driven in the salt, ice, or snow. Feel free to come look at it or call me at 816-944-8799 to ask any questions or set up a time to come look at it.

I bought the Jeep 4/3/2012. It had a salvage title due to a tree falling on the hood. I bought a new hood and windshield and had the hood painted. I also put new wheels, tires, and fender flares on it. The Jeep had 46k miles on it when I bought it. By 7/30/2012 the Jeep was fixed and passed the Missouri Highway Patrol inspection and was licensed to be back on the street. I took the family to a Halloween event in October at a local offroad 4-wheeling part and decided to build the Jeep. October 2012 we tore it all apart and it took 3 years to build this Jeep. I have all the pictures from the day I bought it and step by step of the build.

This Jeep cost over $75k to purchase and build.
