Vortech V-2 Supercharger. Interesting history behind this supercharger. It is the actual supercharger used as the prototype to develop the Vortech kits for SRT 8s. Vortech worked alongside with ASM in developing it. I have since upgraded the charge tubes and intake but still have the original plastic ones used in development. The supercharger is only putting down 7lbs of boost and it still makes this much power.
Blower Cam
Full exhaust including headers.
Diablo Predator.
Tinted Tailights, Paint matched headlight corners.
Carbon Fiber (painted black) Cowl Hood.
Tinted Windows.
Custom SRT inserts in the steering wheel and shifter.Interior is in excellent condition.Weather Tech floormats.Lots of polished items underhood, suppercharger, intercooler, overflow, charge tubes, etc.
I'm sure I am missing many things.
Very clean, tight, low mileage, well maintained and loved for Jeep.
The not so good.
small scrape on the front side bumper, I was going to touch it up and you would probably never notice but the way I am about my vehicles I was going to have it re sprayed.
slight curb rash on a few of the wheels
The supercharger needs to be aligned slightly, it can rub the belts a little bit. I plan on bringing the Truck to Salt Lake and have my builder do the aligning if it sells at my cost. The builder will also sign off on a clean bill of health as the truck has been sitting for about 6 months.

As stated this was the Jeep used as the prototype in developing the supercharger kits for Vortech, I bought the truck with the original engine and decided to do a large build. The truck was professionally built by Premier Performance in Salt Lake City, Utah. Once the build was complete we dynoed it on an all wheel dyno and it put down 650 to all wheels, over 800 on the engine alone. I was tempted to go with a larger supercharger but I liked the story of this kit so I stuck with it, I also realized I have no need for more power, it has plenty. But the engine is fresh and capable if someone wanted to do another power adder. As is, it is a very conservative and safe tune. The dyno pics show wheels with black platidip, they are currently back to polished. The sound of this thing at idle is just menacing. The slow lope of the cam in symphony with the supercharger whine is music to the ears and the truck lunges forward at a stop with each rotation of the engine. AWD fun, point and go. If you want Hellcat/Trackhawk performance at a fraction of the price (not to mention the full potential of this engine) this SRT is for you, This model is much lighter than the current SRTs as well.
I recently moved to Salt Lake and I don't have the space for some of my vehicles which is why I am selling. Truck is in Moab Utah in my fathers garage and can be picked up there (southeastern Utah) or in Salt Lake City Utah.
I've successfully sold 5 vehicles on Ebay. Title is free and clear and in hand. I can overnight the title once payment is received.
