Update 8/1/17I'm getting a lot of questions about the a/c I will tell you what I know.I disconnected the wire going to the compressor, when the a/c would run it would drag the idle to a uncomfortable level (400-450rpms) I don't know anything about the kit that was used. The truck does have a few rust spots, on the bed rails, drivers fender has a small spot, bumpers, and both drivers and passenger floorboards. There all minor/surface, and it's better than most Cherokee's I see of this vintage. I can only text pics, please shoot me a message if you would like to see the spots.It runs and drives, we've put over 14k miles on it in the year and a half we've had it. Gets 21-24 mpg on the highway. It leaks some oil, 1-2 quarts per 3000 miles, it the crappy plastic valve cover Chrysler put on it, I planed on swapping it with a aluminum one from a wrangler. It has a leak at the exhaust manifold, like every other 4.0 and 2.5 jeep does, but I've never smelt fumes in the cab.Hope this helps, if you have any questions please feel free to call or text me.
