1951 Jeep CJ CJ-3A Description

I cannot tell you how much it pains me to sell our beloved Willys!! This Jeep is an absolute blast to drive and gets a ton of attention every where that it goes. It took best in show when I didn't know it was even entered, I was just stopping for coffee! photos do not do this beauty justice!
It has a complete frame off restoration with just over 3,700 miles on it. Receipts for more than $40k in parts are provided as well. It is a 3 speed with high and low gears (to make it a 6 speed). It has 4 wheel drive.
- frame and body has been lengthened.
- roll cage very nicely integrated to the body. Front windshield still folds down.
- GM/Chevy 350 crate motor from Jegs (brand new)
- blue tooth audio with water proof speakers
- corbeau seats
- transmission cooler
- less than 200 miles on the tires and wheels (from ORW if you want the spare to match)
- winch with controller
- flow master exhaust with cherry bombs
- power steering, power brakes
So much to list. Selling only because of changing life circumstances, would keep it if I could. Literally everything has been gone over on this vehicle. Every nut and bolt is brand new. All gauges work and are accurate. Clean title in hand, all registration is up to date. No emissions required (it's titled as a 1951).
Please text 72O 323 O583 if interested or have questions. The Jeep is being sold as-is, where is. Buyer is responsible for shipping or vehicle pick up.

-The headlights are motorcycle lights with high and low beams.- the winch is a Smittybilt XRC8 with remote. It extends and retracts properly but the free wheel clutch is frozen. So you have to use power to extend or retract the synthetic line.- The front and rear bumpers are custom steel.- It has front and rear leaf springs but the front are augmented with coil overs. The spring hangers and shackles are custom. The spring bushings are all new. Also a heavy duty 5th link, and upgraded steering components (steering rods, knuckles, cups and cones, seals and steering stabilizer, etc).- the front differential is a Dana 27 Limited Slip with all new seals, axles, bearings, upgraded DISC brakes, and seals. The rear differential is a Dana 40 limited slip with new seals, bearings, wheel cylinders, brake shoes and drums (11").- The body and frame were stretched by 1 foot. The rear driveshaft is 1310 and custom built for the application.- The wheels and tires are brand new from off road warehouse. The tires are Pro Comp Xtreme MT2s in 33/12.50R15LT on M/T faux beadlock wheels and have less than 200 miles on them.- The spare tire carrier is removable and will support up to a 44" tire/wheel set up.- The paint is 2013 BMW Sakhir Orange. The sheet metal is 80% new, all of it was sandblasted, sealed and seam sealed before the rapture liner was sprayed. The fenders are custom diamond plating. The hood is custom fiberglass. The hood hinges has slight wear on it and there is a quarter size paint defect where the spare tire carrier contacted the tub when being reinstalled.- The custom roll cage is smoothly integrated into the tub and frame. It molds around the front windshield seamlessly and incorporates padding from wild horse. The windshield is brand new.- The motor is a brand new GM crate engine from Jegs. It has a Lunati 454 lift cam. Every part in the motor and in the engine bay is brand new. It has a mallery distributor and coil. An aluminum 2 core 1" wide radiator. A mean green gear reduction starter. A truck avenger carb by Holley. Power brake booster. The exhaust is a flowmaster 40 series with added glass packs and heat wrapped. The oil cooler is brand new.- The transmission is a Ford 3 speed. It also has a Borg Warner T18 with overdrive. It has Lakewood bell housing. It is a new centerforce hydraulic clutch and new fly wheel. The transmission cooler is brand new and temperature controlled. There is a very slight oil leak from the transfer case. It is 4 wheel drive.- The gauges are American Muscle and function. The speedometer will fluctuate under 5 mph but is accurate above 5 mph.- The fuel tank is a 16 gal spun aluminum tank. The fuel gauge is inaccurate but it is next to the tank opening which is very easy to see into and check the fuel level. The vehicle currently runs best on 87 or 89 octane.- The corbeau seats are water proof. The front seats are adjustable and suspension seats. The radio is nicely integrated and the head unit and amp are hidden from sight. The Bluetooth is very easy to connect and the Hertz speakers are also waterproof. There is a custom integrated USB charger between the seats.

Now for the less than desirable:- The horn looks nice under the hood but it is not connected.- The distributor will need to be recurved. The timing is advanced to prevent hesitation on takeoff. It runs and drives just fine. This issue is unnoticeable, it will go 75 mph on the highway with the overdrive but is much more comfortable at about 60-65 mph. But knowing it is there I will disclose it.- In very hot weather (above 90 degrees) the vehicle runs at 225 degrees but has not overheated. Recurving the distributor should help.- The windshield wiper motors are brand new, but they are also not connected.
