1980 Lamborghini Diablo Description

I am selling my 1999 Diablo Roadster Replica. It just got filmed for a movie coming out in 2016 called The Queen of The South. There is alot of documentation on this vehicle online and it is very well known in the replica world for its accuracy as well as its reliabilty . It was built by Jim Dinner. I have a CD with the full build on the car with pictures that I will give to the new owner. The Body is by NAERC. The chassis is custom Complete tubular and I actually had it on a lift next to a real Diablo and they look almost identical underneath. The Engine is a GM 3.8 Liter Supercharged Engine with a V12 Engine Cover mated to an Audi 5 speed transmission. When I purchased the car it had a tad over 16,000 miles on it. Now it has about 22,000 miles on it. It has never been wrecked or damaged in any way. It has real Hand Layed Carbon Fiber everywhere. The car runs and drives all day, does not overheat, and there are no leaks. I am only selling as I am expanding my business and need extra capital. If you do your research you will learn that its one of the only actually driven replicas out there... most of them have so many issues they are practically undriveable. Since this is ebay I do want to be 100% as accurate as possible in describing the vehicle. Here are all the issues with the car that need to be disclosed as you can tell by my feedback, I want to be honest as possible.
- The car does have AC, but I have never even messed with it or operated it. I just checked it out just now and the air does blow but I dont think its charged
- The drivers side seat bolster is worn (Pic)
- The car does not have a vin, so you would have to have a vin assigned to it in the state that you live in. I bought the car from Canada, and never assigned a Vin for it as I am a car Dealer and just threw my dealer plates on it. The car will come with a Bill of Sale from myself showing me as the rightful owner. Please check with your state on the procedure to get a vin on it
- The paint is original and there are imperfections. To make it pristine I would consider repainting. When I drive it at night everyone thinks the paint looks great, but during the day you can see the imperfections
- The wheels on the car are absolutely stunning 18" 3 piece Roadster wheels. But they have a couple of scuff marks/rash on the outer wheel. One of the wheels has a small ding in the outer wheel. All can be repaired and is not a huge deal
- The speedometer is not working
Bottom line, this is probably one of the best Replica Diablo Roadsters in the world. Jim Dinner's attention to detail and functionality when he built the car was insane. If you would like to come see the car or for more info please dont hesitate to contact me. Only serious buyers contact me please... 214.642.9257 texting will get the fastest response. You can youtube search for this car and see video as well. I will do my absolute best to paint you the picture of exactly what you are getting. This is a chance at getting a stunning machine at a fraction of the money I have in it. I can help with auto transport as well, as my dealership has sold cars to other states. This is a low Reserve Auction, so it will sell...good luck and Thanks for looking
** Also yes the car has all glass windows, and yes it has the Roadster roof. Its mounted in the right location as original, and can be released and placed over the opening of the roof just like the original car
** Also I am open to trades for other cars and trucks as long as the value is there

Sorry. Ad says open to trades. Not really looking for trades at this time as I would have to sell whatever it is I took for on trade and I don't have the time for that. Thx
