2003 Lamborghini Murcielago premium Description

First off, this car does have a salvage tag. However, that occurred in 2008 at roughly 14000 miles on the odometer. As far as I know it was claimed stolen and rear ended. The car was rebuilt using factory parts. It needed a rear bumper and a radiator. The rear quarter behind the driver door had some damage to the carbon body and it was repaired and re sprayed. All back in 2008. There was no structural damage.
The car has been driven and well cared for since it's repair by the previous owner. The car has been driven roughly 10,000 miles since the incident proving that it is an excellent drivers car. This is not a typical salvage someone just picked up and repaired with horrible aftermarket stuff and they are trying to flip. This is genuinely a good car and an excellent drivers car that will sell for less than a non salvage car that will probably be in worse mechanical condition.
This car is in excellent mechanical condition. I have personally driven it over 500 miles in the last 2 weeks. Having owned multiple lamborghini's I know what to look for. This car is just as good or better than a non salvage counterpart. At only 24000 miles on the clock the engine runs excellent. The transmission shifts perfectly.
The car has a custom exhaust with a switch that opens up a valve and bypasses the secondary cats. It sounds very good. When it is opened it bypasses both the primary and secondary cat's and it sounds like a vintage V12 F1 car.
This car is used. It does have a salvage tag on the title and it does not come with warranties expressed or implied. However the car is a very good car and will make for a great drivers car for any lamborghini enthusiast. These 6 speed manual cars are getting harder and harder to come by and they are going up in value. This car is a pretty safe purchase from depreciation compared to many other possible purchases.
There is a reserve on this car. We reserve the right to pull this ad at anytime if it hasn't met the reserve price being the car is listed for sale locally.
