2003 Land Rover Discovery Description

2003 – Land Rover Discovery II – 140,000 Miles – V8 – AWD

I bought this Disco back in 2013 with 132k miles on it. I used it to commute back and forth from my job, which is around a 15-mile commute round trip. When I purchased the vehicle, I bought a warranty package as well. Soon after I noticed an engine tick, so I had the lifers and sleeves replaced. However, there is still a ticking noise, but everything I have read on the Land Rover forums, this is normal for the 4.6L V8 that is in the 2003 and 2004 model years. Also replaced the front drive shaft to accommodate the larger tires, as the land rover is AWD. It has a new battery, and the tires (Dick Cepek Fun Country 285/75/16 or 34x11.50) only have about 5k miles on them, except for the spare which hasn’t been used. It has power seats for both driver and passenger, however the driver side knobs are missing. It has a 6 disc cd changer, cb radio with new antenna which hasn’t been put on, vinyl seats, sun roof, and an heavy duty front bumper. It has a ladder on the back still from when I had my safari rack on it. The driver side door does not lock, however the rest of the doors do, and the rear hatch won’t open. The driver side window actuators wheel is broken, so the window it currently stuck in the closed position.
