2002 Land Rover Range Rover Description

This 2002 p38 is the last year of the body style. Low mileage, engine runs like a top, checked all the boxes for maintenance and fixing the glaring problems that inevitably happen with P38s. Meticulous service records available upon request.

Car was sold to second owner for $49,818.18 in 7/2/03--was a Ft. Worth, Texas car that went through a 150 point inspection from Autobahn Motorcar Group. The car had 24,775 miles on it. Odomoter certified from dealer (please see attached)

Car was shipped to NJ and warranty coverage purchased at Land Rover, Paramus, NJ, where the car was serviced at the dealer. I have extensive records from that period of ownership forward. It was my good friend's mother that owned the car. She gave it to another family friend for a year, and that is the person from whom I purchased the truck. I have owned it for about a year, and put around 12k highway miles on it. When I purchased it, I put in a new Optima yellow top d31 battery (24 month free replacement), 4 new Pirelli Scorpion tires, and $3291 of work related to ignition wires, valve covers, spark plugs, alternator drive belt, valve cover gasket, air spring, and heater core. I just (this week) put in a brand new factory heated windshield. It is a great truck. What could be fixed? Headliner, driver's side mirror (passes inspection), possible blender motor (hvac system works great and you would not notice this besides the ! on system readout), and crack in front left headlight (again works like a champ, just crack in cover). The factory original White Gold Metallic paint has normal blemishes associated with a 2002 truck, but looks great. The only other thing you could fix would be the stereo and cruise control. I believe the wiring to either the amp or the head unit needs to be repaired, but not positive.

This is my daily driver, and I hate to see her go. It is the most comfortable car I have ever driven, and great on long road trips. The huge windshield and windows positioned low make it feel as if you are in a powerful, mobile greenhouse. The engine is an exceptional V8 very lightweight durable aluminum cast one of the most powerful in the segment - runs strong and smooth provides the power you have to expect from such a capable off roader. The transmission shifts smoothly, and the car runs great!

Leather interior is in fantastic condition.This vehicle is equipped with a moon roof, for an open space feeling and airflow when you don't want to use the AC.

As seen in the pictures the rims look good, except for some exterior blemishes that can easily be powder coated if this is of importance. Not many of those Range Rovers were produced; this is your chance to own a truly unique and most capable Off-Roader.
