1986 MOD truck 110 soft top. RHD with 2.5 na diesel. Motor was rebuilt approx 50k km ago and runs perfect. Frame, bulkhead, cross member and outriggers are all solid as are the foot wells. Doors are the thinner military style doors and are in very good shape. Some minor, 'normal' surface rust but nothing to be concerned about. Body is straight with some minor dings here and there but nothing serious. The new paint (see below) was applied with two coats so it smoothed out the lines and looks great.
I tried something different this time around and removed all the interior seating. We cleaned it thoroughly, sanded it and then rolled textured bed liner thru the entire interior. It looks amazon and the pictures do not to it justice. It looked so good that I decided to give it a shot on the exterior as well. I decided to do it all....body, bumpers, front grill, side mirror frames, head light frames etc. I had never done this before and a bit on edge as to how it was going to turn out. When I got it back, I was amazed! It looks awesome....completely clean and unique. It is a perfect around town truck or would be a great beach runner.
It has a new soft top that I had darkened to match the truck. Simple interior is very clean and the motor starts on the first turn runs strong. Not going to win you any drag races but will get you there and run forever. Shifts through all the gears smoothly and quietly.Rear bench seats allow for plenty of passengers and soft top can be removed easily on the sunny (or snowy or rainy) days.
Don't miss an opportunity to grab an incredibly fun, solid, needs nothing truck for around town or your beach house. Priced low to move quickly. Any questions, please let me know. Thanks and good luck!
Note: Video below was taken prior to bed liner being applied. This also gives you an idea of the 'before' life of the truck. Thanks again.
