1960 Land Rover Other 109 Description

1960 Land Rover Series 2 109" Wagon. In storage since 2010. After rebuilding the injectors and adding fresh diesel it started and runs. Not road worthy yet as it is in need of a restoration. Tires are worn and cracked and in need of replacement.It appears to have the original drive-train. Brakes are working. Four wheel drive system works. It has what appears to be its original diesel engine. Electrical is in need of sorting out. It has a straight pipe for exhaust so it is pretty loud! The chassis is decent underneath, and doesn't have the extent of rot that you see on a lot of these, probably because it has been a California and Arizona car. Currently has a title from Arizona with a California black plates from 1963.It’s the highly desirable left hand drive four door wagon, has the sun sheet with vents on the roof, which adds to the cool factor. All seats have been reupholstered at some point. Headliner is removed and It has jump seats in the back, A great well-patina old Rover.
