2005 Land Rover LR3 SE

Up for auction is my 2005 Land Rover LR3 SE with only 59,606 miles from new. It is in good condition and drives very well. I am the original owner.

This particular LR3 has the optional fold flat middle row seats. So one can have a full flat floor when transporting items. The interior seats and rugs are in good shape. There is a stain on the rug in the back. (Please see pictures)

I have taken many pictures of this car but will try to explain as best as I can the condition of this Land Rover.

Mechanically she runs very well. The air suspension works and a new air pump was installed last year. My wife was driving this car right up till we leased an LR4 and switched the license plates.

Tires are in good shape and were replaced last year as well. Please see pictures of the tires.

Interior:

Head liner is a bit loose but still in decent shape (please see pictures) Seats are leather and in very good shape for the year. As expected it has light scuffs but no majorissuethat I can see. On the passenger door leather there is a slight dimple of leather missing (please see picture)

The worse part of the interior is the dashboard top. Most if not all 2005 LR3’s had this issue. Those that don’t have had the dashboard top replaced. I am including the link to such a dashboard for sale on eBay:

The LR3 is a 7 seater with fold down flat second row seats. The cargo space in this LR3 is really large. With all the seats open the passengers can enjoy a very spacious interior with glass celling for all 3 rows.

Sound system is the original one that came with the car but the dash CD player is not working due to a coin inside the slot.

Exterior:

This LR3 was always kept outside so the paint on the body has its scratches and dings. Exterior paint is not perfect. there are a few issues with the paint.

On the drivers side. Passenger door was scratched and pushed in a bit by a bumper of a car in a parking lot. Right next to the door handle a golfball hit and caused a dent. the cap to this doorhandle is missing as well. The right rear panel has a long deep scratch.

Passenger side has light scratches. all paint still holds a dull shine. Biggest issue with the paint is the roof paint where the paint has faded out. this area will need a repaint but can not be seen unless you are over 6’5” tall.

The plastic trim has its scratches as well.

I have done my best to capture the issues with the camera. But it will be best to inspect this LR3 if you want a closer look.

If you win this auction you are responsible for transport of the LR3. I will help in being available when the transport company picks up the LR3 and in moving the car to the transport truck, but since the LR3 does not have plates anymore I can only drive it to the front of my property. There is enough space for the transport company to drive onto the street in front of my house.

The LR3 is kept outside but secure behind a wall so once it sells it will remain outside until the LR3 is picked up. Title is free and clear Florida Title. PayPal address must be confirmed. Sale only inside the US. Outside the US bidders will be removed.

Auction Close:

Successful "winning" bidder must contact seller within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.
Within (5) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by approved bank to bank wire transfer. If funds are not received, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Payment:

I accept only bank to bank wire transfer from known/approved financial institutions. The LR3 title will be released to the new owner once funds are cleared by the bank. The Car will not be released till payment is cleared no exceptions. So if you send the carrier to pick up the LR3 and payment has not cleared I will not release the car.
