LR3 HSE V8 One Owner- No Reserve!

2006 Land Rover LR3 HSE Description

Up for auction is a 2006 Land Rover HSE is good condition that runs and drives very well. I am the original owner and the mileage is 166,750. This LR3 has been serviced and maintained regularly at Flatirons Land Rover in Colorado and M.I.T. Land Rover specialists in Evergreen, Colorado.

The LR3 is showing a suspension fault in which the air compressor is not turning on. My local mechanic installed a refurbished compressor 2 weeks ago and this has not solved the suspension problem. As such, the air suspension warning lights are illuminated on the dash and the vehicle is sitting on its bump stops. In addition, the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light is illuminated, suggesting that a new Tire Pressure Sensor will be needed. Finally, the Gas Gauge has recently stopped operating.

As this is a 10 year old vehicle, there are a number of exterior and interior blemishes. The LR3 was involved in a minor parking lot bump with another car which resulted in the right fender being slightly dented and the right side fog light plastic surround to be damaged. The interior rear AC plastic vent is damaged (easy fix). There is a small chip on the windshield which has been professionally repaired, but is still slightly visible. There are a few interior blemishes, but overall the interior is very nice.

A new Land Rover purchase requires me to sell this LR3 ASAP, as I'm in need of garage space.
