Okay,...My Theory is simple,...and it applies to Jaguar too. You can get a Good One,...Or Not.

Always look at the Carfax or Maintenance Records Before Buying an English made car.

IF,...there are a several repair visits up to 50 thousand miles,...the pathwayis set for more of the same,....for that particluar vehicle.

Now,...if you do NOT see a lot of Repairs within the 1st part of it's life,...Youhave a "Good One".

We NEVER buy a Rover or Jag without running a CarFax 1st. We try and buy them constantly....but few make the cut.

The Power Train.

Perfectly Tuned.....Smooth....Quiet.....Elegantly Powerful.

I put this Rover thru the paces,...it does everything mechanically,....wonderfully.

The shifts from Gear to Gear are effortless.

The 4.4 ltr. V8 is a BMW Engine....and a very Great One at that.

The Suspension System.

No Drop or Level Issues.

The Previous Owner did not off road this truck.

This is THE complaint for these '09's....However....this is an easy thing to fix if it ever happens.

There is a Spring Conversion that completely gets rid of the AirBags. Any Shop Can Perform this Simple Conversion....it's about $750.00 to $1,200.00 depending upon who's doing it. I had one completed for a customer of mine two years ago for the $750.00,...that was Dealer Cost.

Please note,...THISSystem is GOOD! No Issues....it's totally Level.

In Closing.

Stick with my theroy and you should be fine. Buying & Owning a Rover can be very rewarding.

This Range Rover drives better now than my 2013 Durango R/T with30 Thousand Miles.....and those RT's are NICE!
