2004 Land Rover Discovery Trail Edition Description
I am selling my beloved 2004 Disco II. The reason for the sale is that I'm moving and buying a house, and both of those things are expensive and require cash. Trust me, I don't want to be sharing the Nissan Murano with my girlfriend, but it has to be done. So here's your opportunity to score a one-of-a kind, gently owned, low mileage, best-of-the-breed Land Rover. This truck is the trail edition which include some nice interior features, a factory bull bar (rare) and factory driving lights (also rare). I have removed the tube steps from the side, but have them on hand if you want. I bought this car in autumn 2014 and have since put less than 8000 miles on it. When it was acquired it was bone stock and had lived it's entire life in the Chick-fil-A drive through. At the time of purchase the carfax indicated a good service history with regular visits to the local Land Rover dealer in Texas. It's received a series of upgrades and repairs since then.

And one boo-boo since then:
A crack in the rear bumper (minimal, but see pictures) - this was not trail damage but happened, of course, in a parking lot.
As you can see from the service I've done to it, basically the entire truck has been combed over by myself and two professional and licensed Land Rover technicians in the Denver metro (most recently by Dave over at Daves European who gives this truck a clean bill of health). Dave says this engine has absolutely NO sign of a blown headgasket, and in fact preventive maintenance was done before I bought the truck to preclude such a thing from happening. This truck will be turn-key and should require very little from your pocket book for at least a few years (unless you want to, of course!) Couple of other notes:
Leather seats and carpeting is in great condition. I just had the car professionally cleaned for this sale!
NO warning lights on the dash!
Driving lamps (the ones in the grill) are non-functional due to a weird Land Rover bug - this is easily fixed with a simple rewire (plenty of info online)
I have NOT driven this truck hard on trails (though it has certainly been on some). There has never been any trail damage, hard drops, or anything rough. I haven't even gotten stuck! Clean title in hand. Cash or cashiers check only.
