1996 Land Rover Range Rover SSE Description

This listing is for a very rare 1996 Range Rover SSE Supercharged 4.6 SSE custom built by Cameron Concepts. This has been in my private collection, which I have decided to sell to move onto another project. Features of this rare P38 include: Eaton Supercharger with Custom Metal Hood for clearance; Stainless Steel Exhaust with Magnaflow Cat Back System; Custom Billet Grille; Burl Wood Accessories; Sport Brake Package; Handling Package; GPS Navigation and Rear Parking Sensors. Also includes factory brush guard with lights; factory roof rack and a complete set of five (5) 16" Steel Wheels. I have the center caps, which will come with the vehicle, but they don't like to stay on. I also have a set of 5 Hurricane Wheels if the buyer would prefer them instead of the 16" steel wheels. While I built it to go off road, I have never taken it off road and it is a clean rust free California/Nevada Rover. Everything has been sorted out that typically goes wrong. First, all new air bags, which hold up no longer how long it sits. New brakes, new battery, new headliner, HVAC display has been replaced, all faulty window regulators and door locks have been replaced and work fine. There is literally nothing that this Rover needs, other than a new home. As you can imagine, I have driven quite a few of these P38's and the supercharger makes all the difference in the world. They rate it at +/- 300hp, but it feels stronger than that. A true pleasure to drive. Below is a quick synopsis on it:
4.6 SSE Edition (by Cameron Concepts): These were supercharged Range Rovers modified in the U.S. by Cameron Concepts who added Eaton superchargers and modified the hood to clear the supercharger. They were not typical modified Range Rovers since all were authorized by Land Rover Special Vehicles and they had a numbered Land Rover Special Vehicles plaque under the hood. Most (if not all) had custom wheels and many other options such as custom leather trim, extra wood and body color painted plastic. The custom "SSE" logo on the tailgate was created by peeling off the H and replacing it with the S from another new tailgate sticker.
