   Vehicle was very well taken care of & remains in excellent, clean condition.  

   The manufacturer's warranty has not lapsed yet. It is also covered by an additional warranty by the  Jaguar dealership where it was purchased (photocopy also in pictures).

   A motorcycle crashed and slid into this rover. The front driver side fender was replaced as well as the front driver side headlight. It actually did very little damage but the parts were replaced anyway. So you have a brand new headlight and fender. Only OEM parts were used for minor repair. There was a scratch on that fender anyway and now there isn't!

    This vehicle still has a loan on it but can quickly be paid off in the event of an accepted offer. The buyers monies will not be needed to pay off the existing loan. Clean and Clear title will be delivered upon payment it just may take 24-48 hours to get the title from the bank.

   While we are happy to work with any shipping service you choose, you must be the one organize and pay for it. No license plate will be provided with the vehicle and we are not licensed to provide a temporary plate as we are not a car dealer. You will need to either risk driving it home w/ no plate or transport it on a trailer.

    This is a consignment. In order to set up a test drive some proof will need to be provided that you are qualified to pay for the vehicle. This is a dream vehicle for a lot of people, we cannot let all the dreamers drive it. Serious buyers only please.

HAZARDOUS MATERIAL & ORM-D items such as spray paint and household cleaners WILL be clearly marked consistant with FEDERAL LAW. This means that the item will take longer to receive than the ebay estimate provided.

Many of our items are not available for international shipping. The items that are will only be shipped internationally via the Global Shipping Program and that information is available in the respective listings.

We will use the least expensive shipping method available. If you are close this is most often Priority Mail. Many listings say FedEx Smart Post, however if you are close Priority Mail will likley be cheaper and it is the method we will use. If you are quite far away then you will need to pay the additional $5 to have your shipment upgraded to Priority Mail.

If you are quite far away (CA, AZ, WA, TX, etc.), the only address you give us is a P.O. Box, and you didn't pay to be upgraded to Priority Mail shipping your order will be canceled and the item will be relisted.
