1990 Land Rover Range Rover Description

This Rover was running recently but no longer turns over. I replaced the battery, all, lights work pretty sure its just a loose cable, haven't had time to deal with it. The inside is bare metal but has a bed frame with brand new twin mattress in the back. The previous owner had started to build this as an overlander. There is also a working solar panel with outlest in the back. CB radio as well. Also new tires, and good transmission.
