2006 Land Rover Range Rover HSE Description

One owner vehicle for sale (bought new in 2006). Extremely well maintained and in great mechanical shape (no current issues). Looks and runs great. Fully loaded including in-dash navigation system, 6-pack in-dash CD player, under seat mounted 10-pack DVD player with monitors in headrest of both the driver and passenger seats and also a video game controller unit. With a 10 year old vehicle, there is minor wear and tear but vehicle looks much better than most 10 year old cars with 120K miles on them. Body and paint is in great shape other than a handful of small nicks and dings and some small clearcoat wear on driver's side passenger door. Interior has very minimal wear and tear but all leather seating is in exceptional condition with absolutely no tears other than on small vinyl spot along rear passenger wheel well from child car seat rubbing. I just replaced the fuel tank strap (which had a tendency to rust out on these SUVs) and fuel tank heat shield with brand new OEM parts. All 4 Continental GT tires, battery, and windshield wipers have all been replaced relatively recently. Outstanding issues the vehicle currently has that new owner can choose to address or not are as follows: (1) HVAC unit is blowing air on all speeds and is reasonably cool but is not hot; (2) key fob is dead (and not easy to change out battery) so have to open doors and lock manually; (3) and front hood struts are shot so have to manually prop hood open. I have maintained detailed maintenance records and will provide this file to the buyer. I prefer local pick-up in Clarksville, MD (right in between Baltimore and Washington DC) by the buyer but will arrange shipping if so desired but this will be paid by the buyer in addition to the winning bid price. I will also take PayPal but prefer not to to avoid their high fees. If buyer pays cash or by certified check I will reduce the winning bid purchase price by 1% to the buyer.
