PAYMENT: Immediate deposit of US $500.00 is required for Buy It Now or Best Offer Purchases. The $500.00 deposit is not refundable.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of Auction end.If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995: Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year BEFORE bidding.Please arrange financing PRIOR to bidding.

Full Payment will be accepted in the form of Cashier's Check, Cash In Person, Credit Card, or Loan Check and MUST be paid within 7 days of deposit. (Loan Checks Will Only be accepted upon verification of finance source!)

After vehicle is paid for in full the buyer will have 10 business days from the time of purchase to pick up the vehicle from location. If the car is not picked up within 10 business days there will be a $16.50 garage/storage fee assessed per day until it is picked up. All fees must be paid in full before car will be released.

All OH Buyer's: Include Sales Tax per Live In County for the State Of Ohio residents which ranges from 6.5% to 8%, plus dealer fees of $146.50 (which are taxable), and $33.50 For Title and 45 Day Tag.

All Out Of State Buyer's: Are responsible for all sales tax, some sales tax most be paid in Ohio depending on which state you reside in. Otherwise the sales tax is the responsibility of the buyer within their residing state. If you live in Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan or South Carolina we are REQUIRED through reciprocal agreements to collect your sales tax at the time of purchase and forward it on—you aren't paying twice but your final purchase price will include your tax due.
