1995 Lexus ES Base Sedan 4-Door Description

Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditoins carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.

Up for a NO RESERVE auction is an extraordinary example of a 1995 Lexus ES300. This Lexus appears to have had only one owner since new. It also appears to have been garage kept and serviced it's whole life at the Lexus dealer where it was purchased. After more than 20 years of ownership, the original owner traded it at Lexus of Rockville on a new Lexus. I bought it from Lexus of Rockville and am pleased to offer it to the next fortunate owner. I would rate the exterior of this Lexus to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. As you can see, this is a great looking sedan. As with any older vehicle, please don't expect it to be perfect. However, you'd have to be pretty picky to find anything worth complaining about on the exterior of this Lexus. The only thing I saw that I didn't like was what looks to be a parking pass on the front bumper, which would probably come off easily. The dark green finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. This is an absolutely gorgeous ES that was obviously garage kept it's whole life. All of the body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the body cladding is present and shows well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. Even the power antenna still goes up and down properly. The factory alloy wheels show well for their age and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Pride in ownership shows throughout this Lexus. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptional this Lexus ES300 is.

I would rate the interior of this Lexus ES300 to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for it's age and mileage. If you follow my auctions, you will probably know that I rarely give out the "excellent" rating. I save that for the most exceptional examples...and this Lexus deserves it. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash is clean and free of cracks or fading. The headliner looks new and the visors look like they've never moved. All of the wood trim shows very well for it's age and has obviously been shielded from sunlight. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The leather seats are exceptional. It's known that Toyota/Lexus cars aren't exactly famous for quality leather. However, the seats in this ES300 are soft, supple and virtually free from any signs of wear or age. Even the top of the rear seat looks great, not all brittle and pulling apart at the seams like most. The power windows, locks, seats, sunroof and mirrors all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds great. There is a CD changer in the trunk, too. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious, clean and still contains the original First Aid kit. A full set of factory floor mats are included, as well as the Lexus front and rear display plates from when the car was new. The glove box has the original owner books and I also have two keys plus the original wallet key in it's original holder. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this Lexus.

Mechanically, this Lexus appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.0L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. My only complaint is a small hole in the exhaust (sounds like in the front flex pipe, which is normal with age). The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The check engine light is on. I don't have the equipment to pull codes out of a car this old, but I'm pretty sure it's an oxygen sensor code caused by the aforementioned hole in the exhaust. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with absolutely no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This low mileage Lexus is a pleasure to drive and I'd drive it anywhere without a second thought. The timing belt was replaced at 82k miles (2012) by the dealership. It has a genuine Lexus replacement battery and still has the Lexus of Rockville oil change reminder sticker in the windshield, showing that it has most likely been serviced by only the Lexus dealer it's whole life. If you are looking for an exceptional example of a Lexus ES300, this beautiful sedan should be at the absolute top of your list. I see plenty of these come across my way and most are worn out and used up. Examples like this come along once in a blue moon. This is probably the nicest, cleanest, most properly maintained ES I've come across in years. I sell everything "NO RESERVE" so bid to own. It's been a few years since I've had an ES this nice and will probably be a few years until I get my hands on another one like it. If you've been looking for one of these, you know the junk that's out there. This car is the needle in the haystack. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
