2004 Lexus RX Description

Summary:I'm selling my wife's 2004 Lexus RX 330 AWD. We are the 2nd owners. We bought it with 26K miles on it. It runs and drives great and has never let us down! Car has never been in an accident. It has normal wear and tear for a 12 year old car (rock chips on the hood and front bumper, door dings, etc)
The interior has no rips tears or burns. We had the windshield replaced last year due to a chip that spread. Car was never smoked in. It has the factory tow package from Lexus. We have never towed anything larger than a 5x8 trailer. Car is mechanically sound with all maintenance up to date. Just passed e-check on 4-17-16.
It has the original owners manual, supplemental manual and leather carry case that came with the car. I have both factory keys and the valet key. It has two wheel keys for the locking lug nuts. It even has the original Lexus first aid kit (unopened). The only reason we are selling the car is that we upgraded to a newer GX460 for my wife and we don't need a third car.

Abnormal wear:The only abnormal wear is on the mirror on the passenger side and the headlights. The paint has started to flake off of the trip of the mirror (I included a picture). The headlights are foggy. Lexus recently sent a letter regarding the headlights. They are putting together a recall and will replace the headlights free of charge (see below).
Warranty Enhancement Program

2004 – 2009 RX Vehicles Warranty Enhancement for Headlamp Condensation

Lexus has received some reports indicating excess condensation or moisture can form on the interior of the Headlamp Housing(s). This cosmetic condition is corrected by replacing the affected Headlamp Housing. Due to the high cost of these repairs, Lexus has decided to provide this Warranty Enhancement Program in the interest of customer satisfaction. If you have previously paid for the repair to address this condition described, please click hereto apply for reimbursement. A copy of the repair order, proof-of-payment, and proof-of-ownership are required to submit your claim. Please note, due to limited parts availability, at this time Lexus is unable to support repairs for vehicles that currently exhibit this concern (moisture or condensation). Lexus will send you a second owner notification letter once sufficient parts have been produced to support cosmetic replacements.
