2007 Lexus SC Description

Up for sale is our 2007 Lexus SC430 hard top convertible. We enjoy this car, but have decided to remodel our kitchen instead. We have funds for one, but not both.
This car is in great shape. The 2007 model year has the 6-speed transmission and a smooth, powerful 4.3 liter V8. This car also has bluetooth hands free calling and navigation. These cars are loaded with power everything, even power covers for the nav and radio. Specs can be found online, but I will give you the high points. First, these cars are beautiful. The pictures don't do them justice until you see one in person. Gunmetal metallic paint and cream interior. Seats are in good shape. Everything in the interior is high class. Plenty of power, this is no boy racer, but you can set the cruise at 80 and tackle big hills on the interstate, never a downshift. You can barely hear the engine. The power hard top is delightful. With the top up, most people would not even know it is a convertible. With the press of a button all the guys are looking in the car and the girls are jealous. Your wife will instantly be more popular with her friends because everyone wants to ride.
Cars of this age and mileage can cost a lot more, but this car is a salvage title. The original owner sucked water into the engine and locked it up (about the only way you can kill these engines). I bought the car after a used engine was installed. I do not know how many miles are actually on the engine. I can tell you the timing belt is in A+ condition and it has no leaks or problems of any kind. No mechanic or body man would be able to guess this is a salvage title. No body damage, no accidents, just a used engine in place of the original. I feel the salvage title is not a good representation. If you ruined your engine by running it without oil, you would have to replace the engine just like this car. But of course your insurance company would not help you out with that! THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF WATER IN THE CAR. No stains, no smells, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. I am a mechanical engineer and a mechanic on the side (I enjoy it). This car is clean, you will not be disappointed. I have high resolution pictures I can email. I am flexible to work with seller on shipping if needed. Please contact with any questions. Todd

. I located the VIN on the engine. JTHFN45Y079011067. See the picture I added for VIN explanation. It looks like the engine was from a 2007.
