Perfect Condition 2011 Lexus HS 250h Hybrid

2011 Lexus HS Description

I bought this vehicle in June 2013 from Longo Lexus in El Monte California. It had approx. 33,000 miles and was a loaner car for their service repair customers. As you can see in the pictures the windows are tinted, but what you probably cannot see in the pictures is the clear 3M protective film that was professionally installed on the entire front, side mirrors, and rear bumper. Installed cost was $600. Those are the two additions I made to the car upon purchase. Vehicle is always garage parked and since I didn't take a picture please note it does have the full power sun roof (I think all HS250h have sun roofs and many other standard features). The high mileage is from my daily commute to/from work which was 142 miles (140 of those miles were freeway driving) up until my retirement in late 2016. I now drive the car around town only, so about 20 miles per week.

Also note I will not be available from Feb 7-14 so the transaction and pick up will need to take place before or after these dates.
This car is in perfect condition and I've always used synthetic oil and had the K&N air filter since I've owned the car. I've never had one problem with this car so the only time it's been to Longo Lexus for service was two separate recall notices. One was the fuel pump optional replacement (which I had done) and the other was an optional replacement of a bolt on the passenger seat (which I also had done).
I am attempting to sell because I no longer commute to work (retired) and I would like to get a truck now that I don't need to be concerned with MPG. I averaged just over 40 MPG but that is mainly because 98% of my driving was freeway. With my recent 100% city driving I average 35 MPG.
