We are pleased to offer an optional low-cost warranty to our eBay customers. For an additional $180, you can get a 90 day, 3,000 mile powertrain warranty through ASC, a nationally recognized company.
Upgraded plans are also available.

The exterior is in excellent shape. The paint shines all around, and there are no notable dents or dings. The color is called "Silver Pine". It is basically silver, but it does have a very slight green tint. Depending on lighting, it can be subtle to the point of being almost imperceptible.

Carfax shows no accident history or any other problems. You can view the Carfax history report at the end of the photo gallery.

Exterior features include running boards, roof rails with crossbars and alloy wheels.

The leather seats have no holes or tears. Both front seats have power controls and heat, and the driver's seat has 2 memory settings.

The interior is very nice overall, but it is not perfect. There is a crack in the dash on the passenger side. This is a design flaw that is VERY common is Lexus and Toyota vehicles of this generation. This GX is actually much better than most that we see. Custom fit dash covers are available on ebay and elsewhere.

There are also some "bubbles" in the material that trims the top of the door panels.

The rear seats are in good condition.

Rear passengers ride in comfort with climate control and rear audio controls with headphone jacks.

The 2nd row seats can be folded down or tumbled forward.

The optional 3rd row seats are in excellent condition (tip: if you don't need them, you can sell them on eBay - they fit several Lexus and Toyota SUVs and usually bring $800 or more)

The cargo area is roomy and flexible. You can fold down any or all of the rear seats if you need extra storage space.

The 3rd row seat can also be folded away to the side or removed completely.

Equipment includes powerwindows, locks and mirrors, cruise control, and an automatic transmission.

The stereo has a cassette player, CD changer and steering wheel controls.

The center console has easy-to-reach controls for the heated seats, locking differential, downhill assist control and the adjustable air suspension.

Other features include a 115v power point and a power tilt/telescopic steering wheel.

There is a power glass moonroof.

This Lexus has an auto rearview mirror with compass display, and there is a HomeLink gate/garage opener.

The Manual is with the vehicle.

The 4.7 liter V8 runs Lexus-smooth and has plenty of power, rated at 270 hp and 330 lb-ft of torque. Carfax shows 27 service records.

This vehicle has 150,941 actual miles on it. It could be driven, so mileage might be a little higher by the time the auction is over.

We are a licensed and bonded auto dealer in Florida.

Please read my description and all other information completely and view all the pictures carefully before you bid on this auction to ensure you are knowledgeable about the vehicle you are bidding on. The vehicle description above is for informational and narrative purposes only. We have made a diligent effort to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of the description. All of our vehicles are available for inspection and test drive, and we encourage you to do so. When buying a used car, one should expect a certain amount of wear, use and flaws that one would not expect from buying a new car. A vehicle that is 8 years old will show more wear than one that is 3 years old. etc, etc...ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS .

If you are having an inspection performed, it must be done prior to the end of the auction. We will be happy to make the vehicle available for inspection before the auction is over, but post-auction inspections are not allowed.

Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, and in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, which could be delayed up to 15 days. Please note that if the vehicle is from outside of Florida, this can take up to 30 days.

We are a dealer, and all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back.

Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions

Payment and Fees

We will add a $795 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee.

If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding.
You may pay the purchase price in cash, with a cashiers or certified check or wire transfer. If you are the winner, a $2000 deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. Final payment is expected within 72 hours (3 days) of auction's end. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid

If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees.

If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home).
