For Sale: 1987 Lincoln Town Car Stars and Stripes Edition. 1 of 1800 made. Built to commemorate the victory of Stars & Stripes 87 for the 1987 America's Cup Yacht Race. Very few left especially in good condition. Was a 1 owner car. 54,000 original miles. Car was always garaged. No rust. Never used in bad weather. Body is rock solid and paint shines nicely. Original Canvas roof is in great condition. Chrome and bright work are nice and clear. Interior is Super clean. Never smoked in. No fowl odors. Leather is soft and subtle. No cracks on dash. Minor crack on drivers door panel (common problem). All gauges work. The clock keeps great time. This car floats going down the road. Runs and drives flawlessly. Recent service includes full tuneup (wires,plugs,coil, air filter, fuel filter, distributor cap and rotor), map sensor, exhaust from cat back, front calipers and pads, fuel pump replaced for preventative maintnance. Options include pw,pdl,ps,tilt,cruise, leather, wire wheels, full size spare, stars & stripes package. This car gets alot of attention. Beautiful car. Has that true Lincoln look and feel to it. Will not find another one like this. Hard to find nice town cars from this generation. One of the cleanest you will find. One of a kind! Perfect for a Lincoln collector!
