1979 Lincoln Mark Series Description
Note: I am selling this for a long-time friend (18 years). It is a two-owner car and has always been stored inside a garage. Meticulous owner is downsizing.
1979 Lincoln Continental Mark V two-door hardtop - fully restored, both body and mechanical. New tires. Wheels are missing the hub insignia center emblems (on order). Original manual included. Clear title with no liens.
Color: Cabernet (burgundy). Landau top with a moon roof. Does not leak. Weather stripping is good, although rear moulding is cracked. Door moulding piece for passenger door is on order. Body is straight with no dents or damage.
Engine: V8, 400 cid M-block. $1,600 in recent maintenance receipts. Mileage: 101,235.
Interior: Front bucket seats with dual armrests. Vinyl seats front and rear with very little wear, no tears. Driver's seat has slight wear. Carpeted front and rear. Right and left door panels in good condition. All electric windows and door locks work. All power seats and power antenna work. Air conditioning works.
Trunk: fully carpeted with spare tire cover (no cuts or stains). The spare tire is full sized and inflated. Jack, handle and lug wrench are all in place. No rust or corrosion in floorpan or fenders.
Non-Working Item: The cassette tape player is stuck in one position, so the radio won't play since the cassette holder is stuck. This can be repaired by buyer or replaced as desired.
