Terms of sale

1. Auction winner must pay 10% non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of auction ending by credit card or bank draft, and provide dealership with copy valid drivers license. The dealership will contact you by email with all of our contact information.

2. A $375 dealer service fee will be added to all sales.

3. Full payment must be received by certified funds within 7 days of auction ending.

4. Sale is not valid until dealership receives all paperwork needed to finalize the sale.

5. Georgia residents must pay all tax, tag, and title fees. Out of state residents are responsible for your own taxes, tag, and title fees.

6. Smart Drive Auto llc, sells all vehicles as is. Any known issues will be disclosed in the auction. Please remember these are used cars and issues can arise at any time. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND COMING BY AND TEST DRIVING THE CAR BEFORE BUYING. IF YOU DO NOT DO SO YOU ARE PURCHASING THE VEHICLE AS IS AND AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!

7. Seller is responsible for picking up the vehicle or arranging shipping, Vehicle must be picked up within 10 days of auction ending or we will charge a lot fee of $100 per day.

8. This Auction is a purchase agreement. There is no backing out, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND INSPECTING THE VEHICLE BEFORE BIDDING.

9. Smart drive auto llc. reserves the right to reject any bidder at any time or end auction without cause. Remember we have these vehicles for sale at our dealership as well!!

10. All bidders or bin buyers with 0 feedback must contact us BEFORE BIDDING!!!! Any bids placed will be rejected without prior approval
