1997 Lincoln Town Car Signature Description

I have a white Lincoln Town Car signature series. It has 106,000 original miles. Needs some work but engine is worth it. I have priced out most the work needed and can be done within a couple thousand dollars, and you'll have a very nice driver for years. With the low miles and low asking price there is plenty of room for investment and profit if wanted. Some of the work necessary is rear air shocks; Minor dents to body; new windshield (small crack); needs new dash(pretty cheap online and already have part of it for you); Trans is starting to slip but engine is great so installing new trans is not that bad. I got estimate for parts and install under 800 dollars; clean interior. This a diamond in the rough due to engine's quality and low use. This year and make are very highly sought after and if you find one with similar miles and in good shape they are usually going for 4-6000 dollars. So my asking price leaves a lot of room for improvement or investment. It has new whitewall tires no more than 3000 miles on them..worth at least 350 alone, and I also have a full spare. Ive gotten offers of 650 for engine but I don't have ability to remove it. Plus I would love not to scrap or junk it for it is sooo worth more but don't have the time to sit on it till right buyer comes along.
