The winning bidder of this auction is entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above described vehicle as per standard eBay Motors rules. Car is to be sold in "As Is" condition. Any eBay member with excessive negative feedback or a feedback score of less than "10" please contact me prior to bidding or your bid may be cancelled.

Acceptable payment methods include - Cash, wire transfer, or US bank certified Cashier's Check. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before placing your bid. The successful high bidder will submit an initial non-refundable down payment of $500 within 24-hours via PayPal. The Buyer agrees to pay the full balance due within five (5) business days of the close of the auction. Payment for the balance can be made by bank wire transfer, bank certified check, or cash (No PayPal). Funds must be in US dollars only and all financial transactions must be completed and verified by Sellers bank before the release of the title and vehicle to Buyer. The Buyer will be responsible for any and all applicable state and local fees, including title and registration fees in the state or province in which the vehicle is to be registered.

Pick-Up / Shipping

If the buyer wishes to ship the vehicle the buyer is responsible for making all shipping arrangements. I can work with the buyers shipping carrier to coordinate a date and time for scheduling vehicle for pickup. The seller assumes no responsibility should any damages be incurred after the vehicle is picked up by the buyer or the buyers shipping carrier. Full payment must be received and bank verified before the vehicle is released to the buyer or his/her shipping carrier.

If necessary "temporary" short term storage is available until shipping/pickup can be arranged. A $10/day storage fee will begin to accrue if the vehicle is not picked up thirty (30) day after the auction close date
