2004 Maserati Spyder Description

2004 Maserati Spyder GT Cambiocorsa with 80K mi I originally purchased this car in need of an oil pump. I have replaced the Oil/Water pump and all of its assembly as well as air filter, and little regular maintenance stuff. Car Runs and shifts excellent. There are many cosmetic stuff that this car needs now and I think its better for a mechanic to purchase the car and clean it up and sell it. Currently the car needs the following:
1-AC Compressor and charge, maybe only charge. Was told those compressors may not operate if there is not charge. I have tried to add charge but still the compressor clutch did not kick in. I do not need it now since its almost winter.
2-Rear Bumper fix
3-Dent in right side panel
3-Arm rest cover missing
4-Two small holes in the convertible roof, see photos
5-The convertible roof operates fine but just does not go all the way down!
