Payment Methods Cash, certified check orwire transfer. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.

Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit an initial down payment of $500 within 24 hours by bank wire, cashiers check.

Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay full balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 72 Hours of the close of the auction and payment can be made by bank wire or cashiers check. All financial transactions must be completed before release of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes
California buyers will be responsible for Sales Tax and any applicable state and local DMV fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for any state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.a $50 doc./processing fee will be charged to cover the cost of paperwork and FedEx.

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for shipping charges unless otherwise agreed. We will assist the buyer with scheduling vehicle shipment – and we will secure our high volume, discounted shipping rate on buyers behalf. We assume no responsibility should any damages be incurred after the vehicle leaves our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is released to the shipping company.

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email or telephone after the auction closes or he/she must contact Sports Car Company, Inc. within 24 hours to progress with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder
Our payment policy is designed to protect us from on-line fraud. If the down payment is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or, if the full balance due is not paid according to terms within 72 Hours following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
