2006 Maserati Quattroporte Ferrari V8 $10k In Recent Repairs New Clutch Low Resv
2006 Maserati Quattroporte Description
2006 Maserati Quattroporte with 68k miles. In the last 5k miles it has received a new clutch, front shocks, new motor mounts, new transmission mount, new window motor, new 20s and tires, service exceeding $10,000 with receipts. Also have the factory Maserati wheels with new tires if you would rather have those than the 20s, winning bidder can pick whichever set they prefer, but if you want both, add $650 to the final bid. Bought this car from a dealer friend of mine and absolutely love it. This is a beautiful car, exterior and interior both in good shape, especially for the year. Car holds a salvage/rebuildable title. The passenger front fender, headlight, and bumper were replaced, no frame damage, no airbag deployment, yes pictures are available to those who want/need them. The new clutch and other $10k in recent maintenance far outweighs the piece of paper. Car runs and drives excellent, no wander or shakes, goes down the road straight as an arrow. The flaws with the vehicle are as follows: there was (deleted the code and it has not came back) a check engine light on for code P2187 - looks to be a MAF sensor, after 5-10 minutes of driving the car it throws a msr/asr/abs light with a suspension system error reading - after speaking with Maserati they say that the suspension control module needs to be reprogrammed or replaced (these are $112-$225 on ebay if it needs to be replaced) but feel free to do your own research into this, serpentine belt makes noise when running - would suggest it to be replaced.
The exterior is in great shape overall, especially for the year. The biggest flaw is shown in the last pictures, small paint run from being touched up and a crack in the back glass. Car looks great in person.
Interior is also in great shape overall for the age. Normal wear on the driver's seat. No rips or tears in the seats. Power options all work, including the heated seats and back window shade. The battery died a few months ago, so the radio needs a code to work (I've personally used it and know that it works). Have the engine codes, etc for the vehicle but not the radio code.
The car runs and drives great. There are no slips, just smooth shifting in auto and also in manual mode. Stop great, no brake noise. Steering is tight like it is suppose to be, no wandering or shakes.
This is a great car at a great price. You can drive it as it is, or fix the misc items mentioned. The parts alone can be sold for over the reserve price. This vehicle is being sold as is where is. We have done our best to accurately describe this vehicle, please feel free to ask any questions or to view this exotic for yourself prior to bidding. The vehicle must be paid for in full and picked up 7 days from auction's end. The only accepted form of payment is cash in person. This is simply to eliminate any fake checks and to allow the buyer to leave with the vehicle and title, same day. For interested out of state bidders, please contact me before bidding, we can accommodate the vehicle being shipped, at your expense.
Reserve is set low, so bid to win! Serious bidders only!
