Let's begin with what is clearly the most exhilarating feature of this European muscle car and that would be the growl and sheer performance coming from it's Ferrari assembled powerplant. With an impressive 454 horsepower and 6 speed automatic transmission (paddle shifters), one can not help but want to mash the pedal to the floor.
Exterior Body Review
This car was mainly enjoyed on the weekends and special occasions, and as a result it was able to escape the wear and tear of California highways and the damage most commuter cars suffer from. There are no rock chips or signs of typical damage to the front body panels and hood. The paint is free from road rash and scratches. This car has never been in an accident nor had any body repair of any kind. All of the body panels are undamaged and free from door dings. As for the overall condition of the paint finish, it has had scheduled maintenance and care (professional polish and wax by Methodical Shine in Laguna Hills, CA). As a result, the finish has a deep shine and doesn't present any light scratches or swirls. I would rate the paint a 10 out of 10. There are three minor chips in the rear passenger quarter panel that I've included in the photo gallery. Each of the chips measure no more than a quarter of an inch in size. They were in fact professionally touched up and are hardly noticeable unless pointed out.
Interior Review
The white Poltrona Frau leather is inviting and shows like new. All of the interior panels, upholstery, dash, carpet and mats appear as new. The leather has had scheduled maintenance with proper care (leather conditioner). I would rate the interior a 9.5 out of 10 solely due to the imperfection on the driver's seat. As shown in the photos, there is a slight stain from the driver's clothing.
Drivetrain / Wheels and Tires
With only 26,005 miles on the vehicle, it of course operates and performs as one would expect from a gently used car. To clarify, it purrs like a jungle cat. All of the general maintenance to the motor and drivetrain has been performed and documented. The smoke black wheels present an aggressive yet sexy contrast to the blue paint and do not have any damage, scuffs or curb rash. The tires present approximately 90% of their remaining tread.
