2002 Maserati Coupe Description

We're offering this 2002 Maserati Coupe with about 22,000. This is also a 100% Florida Maserati. NOTE: This a a "SALVAGE/REBUILT" branded title vehicle. While typically a vehicle of this condition is not the type of item we usually offer to our customers, it may prove an attractive opportunity to some members. Report is included within this listing. Its good points: Runs and drives VERY well. Engine feels very strong and it has the optional performance exhaust package, so it sounds awesome. Transmission shifts correctly. Wheels are in in great shape and tires are in good condition. I believe that this Maserati Coupe was the top-of-the line when originally purchased because it comes with wood steering wheel (I have never seen one before), and optional spare tire, etc. Although the report states not actual miles, I am not too sure it this claim is true because records add up. Nevertheless, it is branded as such. Beautiful color leather interior trim is in average to slightly above average condition, and just about all plastic knobs are in good shape. The not so good: Paint job and bodywork is substandard, particularly on the front end of the car. Front suspension makes a clunk sound, like a loose tie-rod or shock when turning right. A/C is not blowing cold. Passenger window is out of commission but in up position. Dashboard is Florida sun-wrinkled (please take the time to look over our HD photos as these are part of our description). Other Information:For those that were not aware, Ferrari exclusively designed these Maserati’s (from 2001 to 2007) as an reintroduction to the auto market and are credited for their current success. Unlike today's Maserati, the Coupe and the Spyder models have 100% Ferrari engines (F136 R V8; it displaces 4244 cc engine and develops 390 PS at 7000 rpm) and drive line. In other words, this is like driving a Ferrari at down-to-earth prices! This is the 9th one we’ve listed, so we have come to know and appreciate them quite well. Performance and enjoyment is off the charts! Reliability is also one of its great points partly due to the fact that the engine is not complicated, no turbos, or supercharges, timing chain motor (not belt), etc -- just raw normal-aspirated horsepower! I have come to know these cars very well and I can state with clarity that these Maserati’s are an incredible value! To finalize, and in my opinion, this may be a great opportunity to acquire $100,000 Ferrari performances sportscar for considerably less. With some vision and effort, this Maserati could be brought to the next level. Considering that this a operable vehicle with fully functional, drivable with intact engine, transmission, leather interior, wheels, factory performance exhaust, etc, the parts alone may be worth more than the sum value of the vehicle itself. Ether way drive it as is or again, take it to the next level! Feel free to call for more information 727.748.5602
