For Auction I have a nice 2004 Mazda 6 S sedan, I purchased the car from a dealer 4 years ago, the engine in the car was replaced at 100K miles and the car has been well maintained during my ownership.
Here is a list of work that I have had done to the car in the past 2 years:Starter was replaced 6/2016 have receipt.Cylinder Ignition coils #5 and #6 were replace 01/2016Battery was replaced 03/2016Rear Anti-sway arm was replaced 9/2015Brakes all around rotors and ceramic pads replaced 5K miles ago.Tires have about 10K Miles on them and are in very good condition.New Throttle Body was installed in 2014.Belttension-erandserpentinebelt replaced 10/2014Recent Air Filter and Oil Change completed 2Kmiles ago.The car came stock with 17 inch wheels this car has 18 inch stock wheels.
The Mazda 6 has never been in an accident and the body is straight and true.
This is a great running sedan that would be a good daily driver. I would feel confident driving it anywhere in the U.S. as it sits today. The engine has plenty of power, 5 speed shifter is tight and direct, easy to master works as it should. The Clutch has approx. 20K miles operates close to the floor and operates very smooth. All of the exterior lights work, headlights, turn signals, brake, running, backup lights. Interior lights all work correctly on the dash and over head. The LCD on the radio has some pixilation issues, but is still readable. Wipers and washers work, has a pair of newer Rain X wiper blades. Electric passenger and driver mirrors both work well. The engine is a v6 with timing chains so no need to every replace a timing belt. Exhaust system is tight and quiet. This is a sporty roomy sedan that is fun to drive with plenty of pick up to help move through traffic and cruise for hours on the highway. The cruise control works perfectly and the car runs at about 3000 RPM at 70 MPH.There are stock carpet floor mats that are in good condition. The paint work is still in good shape with some normal dings and scratches the car looks real good from 10 feet away. I can give you pointers how to drive a manual 5 speed car if you don't know how.
Here is the not so good stuff:Headliner is sagging.Headlights are starting to get a bit cloudy still ok for night driving.There is a small area on the right rear fender that is showing some rust bubbles forming that would need some attention, small 1/2 inch X 3 inches, easy fix.Need rim for full size spare, no jack in trunk. there is an almost new tire in the trunk to use as a spare.The radio antennawill need to be replaced, $10 at auto zone.There is a small burn on one of the seat backs, that is the only major blemish on the interior of the car.
