Convertible top in excellent condition and operates as new. Paint and trim in excellent condition.Interior and trunk are clean and floor mats look almost new as do the spare tire and jack in the truck. All original purchase papers, original manufacturers window sticker, original "plastic emergency key", original coded key tag, and service records.Like new condition Michelin 185/60/R14 Pilot Exalto A/S tires.Vehicle has always been in the family, either in family name or name of family trust.Clear California Title, vehicle never in an accident.There is a small fingernail size mark on the hood near the cowling and a small rock chip center low on the windshield. Non-factory Miata items, most purchased at a SAMOA (Sacramento Area Miata Owners Assn) events, include all 4 wheel mudflaps, polished aluminum Miata door sills, interior trunk panel, to prevent luggage from denting fender, Clearwater Audio speakers in each door, Viper 300 Alarm with the manual and installation instructions (system currently in-active), and has Roadster & Eunos rear trunk panel emblems which are the same as those on "imported, sold in Japan Miata's."

Also included is a clean cloth car cover and several new items, 2 trunk lights and a mesh grille guard, the original unused center-rest ash tray and lighter (a Miata cup holder was purchased and installed), a new fuel filter and the original plastic bottom door sill panels which were removed when the logo polished stainless steel sills were installed and a 1996 Miata Workshop Manual.
