2000 Mazda Millenia Base Description

This Mazda Millenia usually rides like a Cadillac but needs a little front end work. Runs and drives, but it is in need of a passenger side ball joint. I recently purchased a new car and have decided against fixing this one up. I'm trying to tell you about everything - no tricks or gimmicks here.
Some details:The Good:

Smooth shifting automatic transmission.
Temperature control works great: ice cold A/C and hot heat.
Power everything - windows, locks, seats.
Leather interior - some wear and tear (see pics).
6 disc CD changer with remote (disc changer intrunk).
Alloy 16" wheels.
Sunroof (slide and tilt).
New OEM spark plugs and wires less than 1000 miles ago.
Security alarm system - OEM. (Dash has blinking "Security" light, and alarm does work).
Brand new laser cutkey (one key, one fob).
Overall rust-free - two small spots are just starting to bubble on the truck lid.

The Bad:

Various dents and dings - rear driver side door has a large dent from being backed into (before I owned the car), but I have a replacement door [See pictures]. I plan on replaceing the door but may not get around to it. It is included with the auction.
Check Engine Light on with code P0325 (knock sensor - acommon problem with the 2.5L).
Tires are in OK condition, but will probably need to be replaced soon.
Passenger side lower ball joint needs replacing.
Passenger upper control arm with ball joint needs replacing.
