This is an amazing example of an FD RX-7. 1995 was the last year they were in production for the United States. Very few were produced, and this is one of the VERY few remaining in such excellent condition. These cars have such a timeless beautiful body, but were equipped with a less reliable rotary turbo engine. This engine was swapped out with one of the most reliable and powerful motors in the sports car world, the LS-2 6.0 V8 Corvette engine, and T-56 6 speed manual transmission. This car was professioanlly built BY Hinson, not a backyard job. Every dollar was spent to make sure everything was right. This car is EXTREMELY fast and handles like its on rails. You can easily spin the tires in 1,2,3, and even 4th gear. It sounds tremendous, it is very light, and equipped with TEIN coils which make it handle like its on rails. This car is fully equipped with A/C- hooked up and it works exactly as it should. This car was owned by a elderly gentleman who had it built, and made sure everything was perfect. The entire car has had one repaint, due to fading. The car was NEVER in an accident or had any bodywork done to it. The exterior is in fantastic condition, as well as the interior.
