2002 Mazda MX-5 Miata SE Description

For sale is an excellent example of well maintained and like new condition Mazda Miata SE. This Miata is extremely rare because only 1 in 50 2002 Special Edition Miata's came with a matching hardtop from the factory. The hardtop was not a dealer option and only was available from the factory. There were only about 1,400 Titanium Gray Miata Special Editions made in 2002 and only about 30 of those came with a factory Hardtop.
The Titanium Gray Metallic Special Edition Miata came from the factory with a saddle brown leather faced interior and door panel inserts. Also included are two-tone, three spoke Nardi steering wheel with a Nardi leather shift knob and handbrake lever. In addition there is a Torsen limited-slip defferential, a 6-speed transmission, white gauge faces with aluminum accent rings, aluminum door handles, chrome fuel lid and aluminum scuff plates and foot pedals, in dash 6-disk CD changer with speed-sensing audio volume control, unique keys and badging.
The hardtop is secured with Jass Performance brackets with tamper resistant screws. These brackets hold the hardtop nice and secure and no one can steal your hardtop with the tamper resistant screws.
This Miata also includes a new professionally installed Robbins Canvas top. The top is Black Canvas and the rear window is made of glass with a defroster.
We have kept his Miata well maintained and it has always been garaged.

This Miata has never been in an accident and it has never been modded. It has been female driven since it was driven off of the lot brand new. We are the 2nd owner of this Miata and this was my wife's daily driver for 8 years.
This Miata has been well maintained and drives great. This is a rare combination and you won't find another Miata NB in better shape than this one.
Title is clear and in hand.
All of the maintenance has either been done by me or a local Miata specialist. We have all of the maintenance records since 2002.

I completely forgot about the accident that isshowing on theAutocheck report because it happened shortly after we bought this Miata 8 years ago. Another car hit the rear bumper going about 5 mph and the bumper cover was replaced and painted. There was no other damage and this should not have any impact on the value of this Miata that is inexcellent cosmetic and mechanical condition.I have all of the records, including the work that was completed as well as the police report.
