2015 Mazda Mazda3 Grand Touring S Hatchback Description

Car is in very good shape for the mileage, was garaged for the first year of it's life. I have service records for all oil changes, tire rotations every 5k miles and the air filters (cabin/engine) were just replaced a month or 2 ago. The only damage I know of, a small scratch on the rear right quarter panel and a scuff on the front right bumper. Mileage is 80-90% Highway. It is loaded with everything, Navigation, Heated Leather Seats, Blind Spot Monitoring etc. I am going to be on the road for next 2 years so I no longer need the car and looking to sell quick so it's no longer something I need to worry about. I have a Massachusetts Title In hand ready to hand over to the buyer. It still has the 5 year 60k powertrain warranty that still applies.
I will require a 500 Dollar non-refundable deposit upon deciding to buy the car and the rest of the payment would need to be in Cash, Certified Bank Check or if buyer prefers they can ask for an escrow service but would be responsible for fees associated with said service.
