The good

• ·Motor runs like a top
• ·Only 66005 miles
• ·Only 400 miles on brand new tires
• ·Brakes are good
• ·Suspension feels tight
• ·Car feels solid
• ·No accidents
• ·Clean title in hand
• ·New Bluetooth stereo (also includes the original stereo)
• 2 Keys

The bad

• ·Paint has many small scratches but none appear to be to the metal but I have not attempted to buff them out
• ·There are similar scratches on the interior on the A pillar
• ·Driver side seat has a tear and the foam is showing
• ·NO A/C top down a/c only

The ugly

• ·5th gear syncro is a little grindy. The sycros of all other gears are perfect. This does not affect its ability to go into 5th gear it just is a little crunchy. I have been quoted 350 to fix it. 50 for the part and 300 for labor. I never bothered to fix it I just double clutch into 5th.
• ·Passenger side airbag light error code. Like an idiot I left the window down and had 6 inches in the passenger footwall I believe that caused the seat airbag sensor to short out.
• ·The top is pulling away from the back window. The glue appears to have dried out. The window is in one piece and top is not ripped. The car does NOT leak in the rain.

5.Buyers Inspection:Private Sellerhas done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Wewelcome a buyers inspection if desired. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees if any are Buyers responsibility.

6.Representations and Warranties made by seller:This vehicle is being sold "as is". Manufacturers warranties may still apply.. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

7.Taxes and Registration fees:Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

8.Title Information: Seller has a clean title in hand. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

9.Shipping & Delivery:

a.All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility.Private seller will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!

b.Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our possession. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not Private seller.

c.Buyer will need to verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival for shipping information.

10.Finalizing your Purchase:

a.Private Seller will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.

b.Successful high bidder MUST communicate withCharles or Nytasha Conway by email within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.

c.In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by PayPal, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by PayPal, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.

d.At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST email a copy of their State issued valid Driver's License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
