2002 Mazda MX-5 Miata Description

Up for sale is a 2002 Mazda Miata LS. This car is a 6-speed manual with the 1.8L engine, factory sport suspension and limited slip differential. It also has the premium OEM Bose stereo. This car is a lot of fun and I really hate to let it go. Please note this car is originally from Canada and the odometer and gauges are all in metric/kilometers.
To be clear - this car currently has 207xxx kilometers which works out to about 129k miles.
I bought this in Summer of 2013 with 180k km. Since then I've only driven it in nice summer weather and always had it serviced at the local Mazda dealer. I just took it in recently for scheduled maintenance and she has a clean bill of health from my local Mazda dealer. She has been very well maintained and free of any aftermarket modifications. All parts have been OEM whenever possible. Aside from what is listed below, this car is in very good condition and has no issues!
Good:

Full tune-up - 7/2014
New top latches - 11/2014
New Tires - BFGoodrich g-Force Sport COMP-2 - 4/2016
All fluids flushed - 5/2016

Bad:

Front Bumper is cracked (see picture - cosmetic)
Due for new belts (accessory and timing) - full 60k mile service kit from Go Miata included with car
Rocker Panel rust - underbody and frame are coated and clean!
Minor expected wear (see pictures)
