2006 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Sedan Description

This 2006 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG sedan is in very good condition. It is heavily optioned, garage-kept and regularly serviced, and looks and drives as if it is years newer. All features on the car are operational, to my knowledge (there are so many that I never use). The only reason I am selling is that I am relocating to the Denver foothills where I will need a vehicle with all-wheel drive.
Like any used vehicle, it has flaws, including minor paint scuffs (buffable) on the driver's door, pitting on the front fascia, a small (1.5") crease at the bottom of the driver's side front door, light curb rash on some wheels, a small (.5") rock chip on the left edge of the windshield, and normal creasing on the front seat cushions. Front tires have plenty of wear left. Rear tires (25K miles rated) have 11K miles on them but are likely within a few thousand miles of the treadwear bars. Please see detail photos.
This car has never been in an accident, but it did sustain damage when the left rear wheel came off the lugs, about 2 years ago, after a service appointment. Fortunately, the car was only moving about 2 MPH when it happened, but the rear bumper cover, left rear quarter panel, and left rear wheel assembly had to be replaced. It was restored to like-new condition by the local Mercedes-Benz dealer using MB parts. You can't tell the car was ever damaged by looking at it or driving it, nor will you see this mentioned in the vehicle's Carfax report, but I'm reporting it because it's something I would want to know if I were purchasing a vehicle.

Warranty and Inspection: This vehicle does not have an existing warranty, and is being sold as-is. Buyer is strongly encouraged to inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees, if any, are Buyer's responsibility. Contact seller via eBay to schedule inspection process.
Purchase deposit: In order to secure the vehicle, the successful bidder (Buyer) must send a $500 good faith deposit to Seller via Paypal within 24 hours of the auction close. Failure to do so will forfeit all rights to vehicle, and may result in eBay sanctions. If buyer fails to pay balance of funds within 7 days of auction close, Buyer will forfeit deposit and rights to purchase the car.
Finalizing your Purchase: Upon receipt of deposit, Seller will sign and send to Buyer a Bill of Sale agreement that guarantees release of vehicle to Buyer or Buyer's designated transport agent upon (1) receipt of balance of funds via wire transfer or cash; or (2) clearance of funds balance if paid by cashier's check, which may take up to 10 days. Sale- and title-related paperwork also must be completed by Buyer and Seller before vehicle is released.
Taxes and Registration fees: Buyer is responsible for all state, county and other taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state in which the vehicle will be registered. Seller has no responsibility for any payment or credit that is not identified in the executed Bill of Sale.
Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Seller will cooperate with reasonable local vehicle pickup arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from vehicle loading or shipping damage.
