1995 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class SL Description

2016-09-04 119

This is a 1995 320 SL. 155K miles. This car has been my everyday driver for several years. It is a completely rust free Arizona car. It has never let me down and starts, runs and drives great. Engine runs smoothly andquietly. Almost all original with hoses and belts beingreplacedon schedule. Drives perfectly straight and has NONE of thesqueaks or rattles typical to this model. Transmission shifts through the gears perfectly.Has used synthetic lubricants since new.Convertibletop is original and patched, a replacement would greatly improve the looks of this car. The power roof works but has a leak in one of the hydraulic cylinders. I open and close it manually. Has paint fading on hood and trunk. Ice cold air conditioner and climate control work although vent selectionis not always reliable. This IS a 22 year old car and has some dings, etc. Interior can use some cosmetic work. Seat bottoms need to be covered or re-upholstered and many small, mostly plastic pieces need to be replaced. Almost perfect AMG wheels and good tires. Over all this is great looking car that still receives many compliments. It is far from perfect so please do not buy if you are looking for a pristine example. This is simply a great looking and fun to drive car for the money, or a good rust free example to restore. If you have any questions please message me. You, the buyer are responsible for the picking up and shipment after purchase. I will gladly assist and make myself available at any time for whatever transportation company you send to pick up the vehicle. Thank you, Travis
PLEASE NOTE: Odometer discrepancy is a clerical error. If you look at the report, you can see that dealer simply omitted the last number. If you look at the number entered before and after the error, you can see the correct odometer readings. Also, the title is a CLEAR Arizona title, not salvage. The vehicle was stolen and recovered and I opted to keep the car rather than accept the insurance company payoff.
