1970 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series 250C Description

This is a 1970 Mercedes. It has a clear title that goes with it. The car needs restored as you can see in the pictures. The front fenders have rust on top and sides. The rocker panels need replaced as well as the inner rockers. The drivers side floor has rust issues but the rest of the floor seems okay. I have the carpet for the seating area as it is a carpeted floor mat. The front mats are okay but the rear ones are separated in spots. I took them all out but they can go with the car if desired. The floor in the trunk is good. It has surface rust in various places but not rust through that I can see. The rubber mat was tore and I took it out. It still has the Mercedes tool set in the trunk.The rest of the interior is decent. The seats are good, just needs a good cleaning. The dash is okay but the area in the middle on top where the radio speaker is, is bad. You can see that in one of the photos. The door panels are decent. The pockets that fasten to the front lower door panels are broken off. They are in the trunk.All of the glass is good. It has power windows and they moved when the button was pushed. I didn't run them completely down and back up, they just moved when I pushed the button.The car does run. It is a 6 cylinder with dual carburetors. The transmission works forward and backwards.It is a four speed automatic. The car does need brakes. There are No brakes except the emergency brake. It works, I used it to move the car around. The tires are holding air. They are at least 10 years old and weather checked.The headlights work, they are complete. All of the trim is good. The deck lid is in good shape.
