We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Pre-owned cars are subject to normal wear and tear. Payment Terms
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable initial payment within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Winner agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery or shipment of the vehicle. No bids will be recognized from bidders with feedback less than zero. Bidders with 0 feedback must email or call prior to bidding to avoid cancellation of their bid. Any successful winner that does not contact the dealership within 3 business days of the end of the auction will be considered in default and the vehicle will be come available to another buyer. The dealership reserves the right to pursue the original winner for payment of the purchased vehicle.

Payment Methods
Cash (in person), certified check, bank wire transfers, or 3rd-party financing are accepted. Major credit cards may be used for your initial payment up to $3500. Bid retractions are not allowed and will not be recognized within 12 hours of auction end. Your initial bid is your binding bid. In the event of an attempted bid retraction the dealership will not be obligated to sell the vehicle.

Fees and Taxes
All buyers will pay a $599 Dealer Fee that covers all prep work and documentation. In-state buyers must pay GA Sales Tax, title and license fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Sales tax will be collected on all financed out of state deals according to the buyer’s local tax rate. That tax is then submitted to the buyer’s local motor vehicle department.
