1967 Mercedes Benz 250SE W111 Opera Coupe.The car was restored in the mid 90’s and remains in very good condition.
Body is very straight and rust free. Paint has nice shine to it.
Black leather interior is in very good condition, refinished woodwork is beautiful. All chrome trim is good.
Car starts and runs very nicely, has new clutch and shifter bushings.
Having been mostly sitting in the last 2 years of my ownership the front brake calipers are starting to drag, and need to be rebuilt or replaced. Last I checked, new calipers were only $60/piece.Sunroof cable will need attention (motor works), and speedometer and tachometer cables may need to be replaced. Original Becker Gran Prix radio will not power on.
Everything else on the car works as it should. This is a good opportunity to purchase a very nice Benz with desirable 4-speed transmission and sunroof at a discount price due to minor work needed.
